Welcome to Your Emerald Coast Getaway
Discover The Alys, a spacious, luxury coastal townhome offering convenience, privacy, and modern luxury.
Located just a three-minute walk from Beach Access #71 and #72, this residence blends comfort with style, making it the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups seeking a refined beach experience.
Welcome to Panama City Beach Selfie Wall
The Alys features a stunning hand-painted selfie-wall mural designed by Artist Leah Pruitt of Design Studios, created in a vintage postcard style. Spelling out “PANAMA CITY Beach” in bold block letters, each letter is filled with unique scenes inspired by the sugar-white beaches, turquoise waters, and 30A and Panama City Beach's laid-back Florida charm.
From coastal sunsets and palm trees to iconic local landmarks, the mural blends nostalgia with modern artistry.
Bright, colorful, and full of character, it’s more than a wall—an invitation to stop, take a photo, and carry the spirit of the Emerald Coast with you.
