Welcome to The Alys at Wendwood. By booking a stay, guests agree to the following:

• Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

• Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

• House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No pets unless approved prior to booking.

  • Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number stated in your reservation.

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• Liability

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

  • The Alys at Wendwood is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost property during your stay.

• Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

It's the weekend and you can't get anyone to call you back. We are here and available for you and it all starts with your booking!

  3.) We provide a Clean Bed Guarantee - The vacation rentals dirty little secret is that comforters are only washed once or twice a year. Rest assured knowing that we are the only vacation rental provider on the Gulf Coast to offer the Clean Bed Guarantee. This means the bedding in our condo is changed out with a freshly washed linen for each new incoming guest (sheet sets included).
